Comment Spam of the Week: March 12-16
This week’s Comment Spam of the Week is from the cruel “Cecy” (no last name shared, but whose spam link is for a Portuguese-language coupon-code information site), who cryptically comments on my post about Fleetwood Mac’s “Walk a Thin Line“:
unlike additional blogs i have read which are really not good. i also found your posts very interesting.
What? What??? What’s “unlike additional blogs”? Good lord, man, don’t leave me hanging like this! If I don’t know what it is that I’m doing differently than blogs that are “really not good,” how am I supposed to learn and grow from it, or avoid becoming like them? Your wisdom and insights may make the difference in this blog being merely an enjoyable music blog and perhaps being the greatest music blog ever.
And on top of it, you say that you “also” found my posts very interesting. Which implies that you weren’t even talking about my posts in the other half-sentence — there is something else that is so different from other blogs, and I need to know what it is.
PLEASE. I implore you: Call. Write. Send smoke signals — anything. I need to know. Or it will haunt me forever.
